Wide Studs:

• Best for light/easy off-road trails
• For sneakers with softer soles, not MTB shoes
• Leg protection (high)

Narrow Studs:

• For more demanding trails
• For use with MTB shoes. (Can also be used with sneakers).
• Leg protection (Medium)

Pedal Specs:

• All our pedals can be converted back to a normal setup, with normal pins
• CNC 6061 T6 aluminum alloy construction
• 3x sealed bearings for smooth rotation
• Dimensions: 100mm (3.94in) x 97mm (3.81in)
• Pedal Heights: (18mm/0.71in with traditional pins), (20mm/0.79in with narrow studs), (23mm/0.91in with broad studs)
• Cromo Steel Spindle with 9/16" threads (8mm or 5/16" Allen Hex to install)
  
• Weights (per pair): 321g/11.3oz with no studs, just normal pins. 324g/11.4oz with narrow studs. 373g/13.2oz with wide studs.
